"Hey guys! I brought Lays, if that's alright." Gen lay the chips down on the wooden table and greeted Em and Leah. Grabbing a bowl, she poured the chips in.

Brayden stepped into the house, shaking the rain off his dark brown hair. "I brought nothing," He said with a lopsided grin.

"You brought yourself. Looks like there's already enough food for an elephant.." she muttered. "Hot dog eating contest is on again..." she shuddered. "It's a tie. 59 between."
(I did actually watch it. And I did actually want to vomit xDD)

Brayden gave Embry a quick high-five and reached to the coffee table to grab one of the three dozen sandwiches Emily had made.
"Sick," Brayden said with a grin, his gaze flickering to the TV. "Sweet. I bet I could eat more than 59."

I sighed, laying out the small bowl of cereal onto the table. Gen hadn't been home for a while, and I was starting to get lonely. I pulled a spoon out of the drawer, and started eating it. I flipped the power on the television and started watching the cartoons that were on during the late night. I scrolled through the channels, looking for something better to watch.

I yawned, and stretched. I saw something out of the corner of my eyes, and shot a glance at the other side of the room. There was nothing. The tv shut off, and then the lights. I started getting worried, so I stood up and started backing into the wall. I looked around the darkened kitchen, trying to spot something that was coming to get me. I stepped onto something that felt disturbingly similar to someone's foot, and turned around. The familiar vampire face stared into my eyes, and I started to scream. His cold hand covered my mouth, and he whispered into my ear. "Good night." I was hit on the back of the head, and collapsed.

I dragged the little boy out of the house through the front door, and then into the woods. After a few minutes of walking, I threw him against a tree and sat down on a tree stump for a quick break.

That's so mean, Nathaniel.
"I'm tired of carrying this little kid... Maybe I'll rest." *Tosses body against the tree.* *Sits down on tree stump*
"Ah, much better."

"I bet," Kara said after high-fiving Jake after a touchdown. Paul, who was cheering for the other team sat down, pouting. She walked over to Paul and said, "Ha!" right in his face before he pushed her away, scowling. Kara, still smiling, sat on Jake's lap.
"I hope you don't have money on this game, Paul..." Jake teased.

"Hey, Gen!" Kara greeted, waving. "It's a good thing someone brought those. 'Cause I brought dip and no one brought chips!"

"Alright. Who's gonna squeeze room for me?" Gen looked around at the full living room.

"There's no room." Paul said, bitterly. Kara got off Jake's lap and walked into the kitchen and pulled over two chairs from the table. "Here, Gen." She sat down on one, and patted the seat of the other.

"Thanks. Jeez, Paul, lighten up." she laughed heartenly. "I think I might go and check on the taco dip with emily though...be right back."

The other team made a touch down, and Paul became suddenly excited again. Jake had his head in his hands, and Kara threw a chip at Paul's head.

Gen returned, and put a bowl of hot cheesy taco dip on the chipped wooden table. "What's the score?" she reached for a chip, and dipped it in the bubbling dip.

"QUESO!" I yelled, nearly pushing Jake over.
"Jesus, Kara--" He yelled, grinning.
I took a chip, dipped it in, and shoved it in my mouth. "This is delicious, Gen!"

Gen grinned. "I made it...without Emily's help. God, Kara. I swear you are one of the boys. I don't know how you stay so skinny when you eat like that." Gen rolled her eyes.

"Wha' 'o 'ou mea'?" Kara asked, with her mouth full. Jake laughed, and took some chips, too.

"I mean you always stuff your face!" Gen giggled, taking another chip.

"You got a problem with that?" She joked, cracking open a soda.

"Nope." Gen laughed.

"Hmph. Well, good." She said, smiling, and taking a big sip of her soda.

"Jake, are you gonna eat an entire cow whole?" Gen grinned.
